So, This last weekend we did the American Fork Triathlon... Andrew's brother Jake was doing it and sounded fun, so it was kind of a last minute decision but it ended up being way fun! I really enjoyed it!
It was a sprint triathlon, so we swam a 300 meter pool swim, a 12 mile bike and a 5k run.
Poor Andrew said before we started that he wanted to do it with me.. and he did stay with me the whole time... I don't think he will ever say that again :)
He realized what a slow biker I was... But we had a lot of fun!! We are totally planning on doing another one again!

Way to go! At least Saturday had reasonably good weather. I really hope we can fit in a 5k before it gets too hot around here.

nice! that's awesome you guys did that together.... skyler says if we ever run any type of race together he'll stay with me.... but i know he'll secretly regret it in the end :) haha!!!
