Kennedy loves to help me make dinner.
The other night I pulled out the camera and snapped a few shots of the process before Lucas woke up.
Kennedy says some pretty cute stuff these days and a few of my favorite cooking quotes were:
While I was chopping the onions Kennedy looked at me and said
"Ahhh!! Mommy! My eyes!!!"
While peeling the garlic she looked up and me and asked.. "That paper Mommy?"
I had to do everything for her NOT to touch the chicken,
Lucas woke up, and while the chicken cooked, they devoured blueberries....
Then, they had way too much fun with empty bowls...
Who needs toys, when you can play with bowls?
Well that is a glimpse into a part of my daily life,
and
I love it.

Sophie,
You're cooking looks like a piece of art! I love that you include your small children- I always think my toddlers are "in the way." You really are such a good mother- it is so natural for you to "put them first" and to constantly find joy in them.
