i HEART you

I love Valentines day. I love all the decor and sappy love stuff :D
Lets just say I got a little HEART obsessed this Holiday season.. It all started with a bad addiction to pinterest.
Which gave the idea to make this for a family birthday party...

Then I made it again..
:D

Then all this week I have been adding HEARTS to just about every meal.
It's been fun.

We started it off with a FHE on Love.

We wrote things we love about each other and heart-attacked our bedroom doors.

Love Luke's face in that pic.. so cute!
Then on to heart Pizza... and Bread sticks.. and dipping sauce...

 Heart Pancakes!

Homemade Corndog LOVE muffins :)

You have probably seen this on pinterest..
But heart shaped carrots were a great snack all week long!

We added them into our dinner, chicken soup over mashed potatoes.. a family favorite..
I even thought that the celery looked like hearts too! :)

Ohh.. and with heart shaped garlic bread...

 Yum!

If you have never had this.. you should try it..

Another great pinterest find.. cinnamon rolls re-rolled into hearts!

Strawberry Muffins, and Strawberry Yogurt

Ohh, and don't forget we had LOTS of pink milk..
with bubbles...

Heart shaped apples and sandwiches...

Then onto more hearts in our breakfast.. :)

While Lucas and I made breakfast, look what our wonderful Valentine came in with!
(Kennedy & I getting spoiled..)

(find the hidden XO? ;)

Funny side note.. Kennedy showed Andrew her toes.. He told her he liked her V's.. She quickly corrected him ;) Hearts Dad!.. not V's   hehehe :D
Love my man who grew up in a home with 6 brothers.

We had a great Valentines day!
We went and surprised Andrew at work taking him his Valentine and had lunch outside...

 My sweet Valentine!

Then off to run some errands and home to make dinner..
Luckily, before we started dinner we had a door bell ditchers that we convinced to stay & eat with us!
(My Mom & Dad!)
I think they were the highlight of my kids' day!

Unfortunately, I only remembered to take pictures of Kennedy serving dessert...
But dinner and our guests were delightful!

And to end the week I made these this morning for tonight's dessert..
Mini Raspberry Cheese Cake.
I am excited!

Happy Valentines to YOU!
