I had a few emotional days this last week, one day high, then the next day low. A little bit of a roller coaster, somewhere in there adding a few loops & twists of feeling so blessed, and also so stressed. I sat at a Dr. apt waiting for my Dr. to come in, calm and quiet without my kids, I started scanning through my phone pictures. All the range of emotions I was currently having immediately turned to a sweet tender mercy.
I know that I have many more emotional and crazy days to go as I raise my family, and just in this life in general, but these words kept coming to my mind.
"I'm so lucky to be a part of my family tree!"
Silly, I know....But, I am in charge of the activity days for my ward, and that was the theme of our activity on Tuesday. I don't think they even remembered it, but I can't stop thinking about it.
We had them fill out a family tree, and then write 3 reasons why they were LUCKY to be in their family.
As I looked at my pictures the reasons started flooding into my mind. I love my kids... and they are MY family, MY kids and MY husband. They bless me daily.

I am so grateful to be a stay at home Mom, and try and figure out what I am supposed to be doing everyday with these little people in my life.
I'll give you a glimpse into my life lately...
It's lots of sleeping, and eating, and nothing really too crazy... yet ;)
Just part of my daily life.

So so sweet! You have such a precious family!
Glad you are starting cheer training early on.
Lydia about jumped into the computer trying to paint her nails with Ken Ken.
I LOVE the rollerskating walkers! What a good idea! I feel the same way about shopping as Lucas - makes me want to take a nap!
What would Dr Harward think about those little monkies hiding in his office - too bad neither of us see him anymore :)
Man you guys are sleepy! Cute post, Soph!
